This year districts 2, 5, and 9 are up for election. Unsure of what district you live in? Take a look at the service map below.

If you are interested in running you will need to fill out a Board of Director's petition packet. In order to be eligible for the election you will have to obtain signatures of 15 different Jay County REMC members. In the event of a joint membership (i.e. a husband and wife) only one of their signatures will count for the petition sheet. Attached to your petition packet you will also find bylaws, policies, and a form titled "Questions Concerning Qualifications For Directors" that will be required for eligibility.

If you would like to run for our Board of Directors please pick up a petition packet at our office Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
