Welcome Neil Draper, CEO
The Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Neil Draper as President/Chief Executive Officer for the Jay County REMC. Draper will replace retiring President/Chief Executive Officer, Mark W. Arnold.
Draper joins Jay County REMC from Heartland REMC where he was the system engineer. He is originally from Michigan and moved to Wells County. He is a graduate of Bluffton High School. He received his degree in electrical engineering from IPFW. He earned his Management Internship Program certification from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
