Cooperatives are democratic organizations controlled by their members, who actively participate in setting policies and making decisions. The elected board members are accountable to the membership. Board members are elected at the annual meeting. Jay County REMC has 9 board districts representing Adams, Blackford, Delaware, Jay, Randolph and Wells counties. Klint Moser

The area that Klint Moser represents for the Jay County REMC District 1 is as follows:  All of the area in Adams and Wells County west of US 27 served by the Jay County REMC.  The area is bounded, on the north by Adams County Road 450 N, on the east by US 27, on the south by the Jay-Adams County Line and on the west by Wells County Road 700 E.

Bethany Edwards

The area that Bethany Edwards represents for the Jay County REMC District 2 is as follows:  All of the area in Adams county east of US 27 served by the REMC.  The area is bounded on the west by US 27, on the east by the Indiana-Ohio State line, on the north by Adams County Road 450 N and on the south by the Jay-Adams County line.

Kent Homan

The area that Kent Homan represents for the Jay County REMC District 3 is as follows: All of the area in Penn and Knox Townships in Jay County, the consumers that are in Nottingham Township in Wells County, and the consumers in Harrison and Jackson Townships in Blackford County served by the REMC.  The area is bounded on the north by Wells County Road 1150 S, on the east by Jay County Road 550 W and 500 W intersecting at Jay County Road 300 N, on the south by Jay County Road 300 S and the Jay-Randolph County line intersecting with SR 1, then on the west by Blackford County Road 800 E. 

Angela Lutes

The area that Angela Lutes represents for the Jay County REMC District 4 is as follows: All the area in Jay County bounded on the north by the Jay-Adams-Wells County line, on the east by US 27 and Jay County Road 200 W intersecting at SR 26, on the south by Jay County Road 300 S and SR 26 intersecting at Jay County Road 200 W, on the west by Jay County Road 550 W and 500 W intersecting at Jay County Road 300 N.  

Phil Laux

The area that Phil Laux represents for the Jay County REMC District 5 is as follows: All the area in Jay County bounded on the north by the Jay-Adams County line, on the east by the Indiana-Ohio State line, on the south by Jay County Road 50 N and 100 N intersecting at Jay County Road 700 E, and on the west by US 27.

Dru Hall

The area that Dru Hall represents for the Jay County REMC District 6 is as follows:  All the area in Niles Township in Delaware County served by the REMC and north of Dunkirk on the Jay-Blackford County line to Jay County Road 300 S, then east to SR 1, then south to the Jay-Randolph County line, then back west to the Jay-Delaware County line in a westerly direction along Delaware County Road 800 N. 

Rick Dues

The area that Rick Dues represents for the Jay County REMC District 7 is as follows:  All the area in Jay County that is bounded on the north by Jay County Road 50 N and 100 N intersecting at Jay County Road 700 E and Jay County Road 100 N and SR 26 intersecting at US 27, on the east by the Indiana-Ohio State line, on the south by Jay County Road 400 S and on the west by Jay County Road 200 W.

Ken Denton

The area that Ken Denton, chairman of the board, represents for the Jay County REMC District 8 is as follows:  All the area in Jay County that is bounded on the north by Jay County Road 300 S and 400 S intersecting at Jay County Road 200 W, on the east by the Indiana-Ohio State line, on the south by the Jay-Randolph County line and on the west by Jay County Road 500 W.

Ron Smithson

The area that Ron Smithson represents for the Jay County REMC District 9 is as follows:  Encompasses the entire area of Randolph County that the Jay County REMC serves.
