Board of Directors Election Petitions Available!
Cooperatives are democratic organizations controlled by their members, who actively participate in setting policies and making decisions. The elected board members are accountable to the membership. Board members are elected at the annual meeting. Jay County REMC has 9 board districts representing Adams, Blackford, Delaware, Jay, Randolph, and Wells counties.
This year, seats are available in districts 2, 5, and 9 in our Jay County Board of Directors election.
If you live in one of these districts and would like to run, please print the paperwork below and turn it in to our office by 4 pm on April 13.
If you would prefer to pick up the paperwork at our office, we are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
